All orders are processed within 72 hours after payment authorization and verification. Orders placed on Friday's or holidays won't start processing until the following business day.

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. Orders with free shipping can arrive within 1-7 days after shipping depending on your shipping address. However, delivery times can vary. 
If you are experiencing non delivery or your package is showing as delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier and open a claim. Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office, we are NOT responsible for lost packages or shipping delays.
